Advising Artha Capital on the launch of Series C certificates for its fourth CKD fund
Our Capital Markets team advised Artha Capital on the successful launch of a third class of certificates (Series C) for its fourth public fund (known as “CKD”) (ARTH4CK 18) for an aggregate amount of MXN$2,000 million in Mexico. Artha Capital will continue to focus investments of this CKD fund in the mixed use and tourism real estate sectors.
With this new issuance, this CKD is now structured as three separate classes of certificates, one (Series A) which was funded through the initial issuance (MXN$704 million) . The second class (Series B) (MXN$1,796 million) which included capital calls and commitments. The third series (Serie C) was issued for up to MXN$2,000 million, and only holders of Series A and Series B certificates were eligible to invest proportionately in the Series C certificates.
