Assisting CKD IM register an innovative Fibra E securities programme.
Mexican securities regulator approves novel multi-Fibra E registration. The Mexican securities regulator issued its approval for the first multi-Fibra E registration programme for a total issuance amount of $50,000 Million Pesos. The program will allow the sponsor, CKDIM, to create sectorial Fibra Es for energy and infrastructure projects.
“This unprecedented matter will change the nature of the Fibra E market which had been primarily conceived as a monetization vehicle to allow new Fibras E to act as growth vehicles. This will give CKDIM an important advantage in the acquisition of assets in the future and the ability to harness business opportunities quickly and efficiently.”
Nader, Hayaux & Goebel represented the sponsor in the creation and registration of the programme, both for securities and tax related work.
