Emiliano works as associate at Nader Hayaux & Goebel and specializes in matters such as banking, capital markets, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate development, and debt restructure.
He has wide experience in the public sector by having worked in the Secretaría de Gobernación (Mexico’s Ministry of the Interior, or Home Office) as Area Director in the Office of the Madam Secretary, being in charge of the resolution, in coordination with other federal departments, of the different financial, budgetary, and legal problems that the state and municipal governments of Mexico had for the development of infrastructure projects.
Currently, he advises national and international companies and banking institutions in the financing of real estate and hotel industry developments throughout all of Mexico. In addition to that, he also advises in the negotiation and issuance of loans and credits to said companies and banking institutions. He also participates in the creation of trusts for the aforementioned credits.
Emiliano received an LL.M. from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law, in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. (2021) and graduated as Attorney from the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Mexico City (2021), both granted with honors.
