In addition, Gabriela´s experience includes participation in the implementation and financing of infrastructure projects through service contracts, public private partnerships, Project finance, refinancing and restructuring of public debt of states and municipalities.
Gabriela recently graduated as an attorney from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City. Additionally, Gabriela has a Diploma in Essentials of US Cybersecurity and Technology Law from New York University (2022).
