Jose Manuel professional practice includes diverse areas of law, such as securities, banking & finance, corporate M&A, notarial law and administrative law in general.
In addition, Jose Manuel experience includes participation in the implementation and financing of infrastructure projects through service contracts, public-private partnerships, project finance, refinancing and restructuring of public debt of states and municipalities. In his practice, José Manuel has also collaborated in operations of issuance and placement of stock certificates in the securities market and corporate regularization.
José Manuel has also advised several financial institutions and entities supervised by the National Banking and Securities Commission regarding compliance with their obligations regarding the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.
José Manuel obtained his law degree from Universidad Panamericana (2015), has a Specialization in Commercial Law from said University (2016) and is certified by the National Banking and Securities Commission on preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism (2018).
