Juan is associate at Nader Hayaux & Goebel and specializes in mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, capital markets and telecommunications. His experience includes advising in investments to the mining, sports, automotive, logistics and food industries.
Juan´s practice is focused on transactional and general corporate advise to clients. He also advises various clients in regulatory matters, mainly for the financial, fintech and telecommunications sectors.
Prior to joining Nader, Hayaux & Goebel, Juan worked at Mexico City’s offices of an international law firm where he would regularly assist the New York and Washington D.C. offices in different Latin American projects.
Juan graduated from the Universidad Panamericana as an attorney at law (2017) and received his LL.M. from Columbia University (2022).
