Karime’s practice specializes in capital markets and banking & finance.
She has participated in several issuances of equity development stock certificates (CKDs) and project investments stock certificates (CERPIs). She has wide experience issuing capital calls.
Karime has participated in programs for the issuance of stock certificates of automotive financing companies, which object was securitization of receivables. She has assessed domestic and foreign private equity funds for the involvement of institutional investment.
Karime regularly assesses national and international private equity funds, financial institutions, insurance companies and investment advisors.
Karime graduated from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey, attorney at law (2015), and has taken different courses imparted by the Mexican Stock Exchange.
