Patricio works as associate at Nader Hayaux & Goebel and specializes his practice in administrative law, infrastructure, project finance and mergers and acquisitions. During the last few years, Patricio has focused his professional career in advising clients in the legal structuring of infrastructure projects in all their stages.
He has participated in multiple administrative law projects; structuring of various contracting procedures for the award of contracts, concessions, licenses and permits, including public-private partnership projects (PPP); obtaining financing – Project Finance – and various corporate law matters, advising federal agencies, local governments, municipalities and private companies in all types of public procurement procedures. In his practice, he has also collaborated in the refinancing and restructuring of public debt of states and municipalities.
Patricio has professional experience in public and private sectors, having served in the Federal Public Administration of the Government of Mexico, where he participated in the preparation of preliminary drafts and projects of decrees, agreements, presidential resolutions, international treaties and other legal instruments prepared by the agencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration.
Patricio graduated from Escuela Libre de Derecho, attorney at law (2022), with honors for the thesis presented.
