Romina specializes in the areas of energy, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and infrastructure, having participated in the structuring and acquisition of several renewable energy projects, financial restructurings and corporate law matters.
Romina regularly advises national and multinational companies, financial institutions and government entities.
She is also a member of NHG’s Aviation Law Practice Group and has been involved in private and commercial aircraft leases and secured financings.
Romina graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana, attorney at law (2020).
