Our Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group represents Mexican and foreign clients in all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring joint ventures, strategic alliances, mergers and spin-offs, stock and asset purchases, takeovers, shareholder disputes, reorganizations and restructurings, regulatory matters, compliance, antitrust and foreign investment regulations.<\/p>\n
