The financing was led by Elawan Energy, a global renewable energy company and part of the ORIX Group, with funding provided by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA).<\/p>\n<p>NHG acted as Mexican counsel to Elawan Energy, advising on the execution of a EUR 25 million senior financing package to support the development of the project.<\/p>\n<p>Currently under construction, the San Pedro Wind Farm is expected to play a significant role in Mexico\u2019s clean energy transition, with the capacity to supply electricity to over 30,000 households annually and contribute to a substantial reduction in CO\u2082 emissions in the region.
