La nueva <\/span><b>Ley General de Aguas <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y la renovada <\/span><b>Ley de Aguas Nacionales <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">introducen cambios de alto impacto para todos los usuarios \u2014 industria, agricultura y sector dom\u00e9stico\u2014 fortaleciendo el derecho humano al agua y saneamiento, centralizando facultades en <\/span><b>CONAGUA <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y actualizando el r\u00e9gimen de concesiones, permisos y sanciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este nuevo esquema exige a las empresas <\/span><b>actuar proactivamente, revisar su situaci\u00f3n actual y ajustar procesos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para mantenerse en cumplimiento, enfrentar retos y aprovechar oportunidades como la reasignaci\u00f3n de vol\u00famenes, la necesidad de tramitar nuevas autorizaciones, navegar por nuevos criterios para obtener pr\u00f3rrogas y beneficios vinculados a la responsabilidad h\u00eddrica.
