A la fecha no se han publicado iniciativas de ley, reglas de operaci\u00f3n ni lineamientos espec\u00edficos para la implementaci\u00f3n del Plan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Sectores prioritarios (seg\u00fan la presentaci\u00f3n de la SHCP)\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conforme a la informaci\u00f3n difundida, la inversi\u00f3n se concentrar\u00eda relevantes del Plan\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La presentaci\u00f3n del Plan anticipa, entre otros, los siguientes ejes de trabajo:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Marco legal e institucional. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se menciona la posible presentaci\u00f3n de iniciativas para armonizar el marco jur\u00eddico aplicable a la inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura y fortalecer los mecanismos de planeaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de proyectos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Veh\u00edculos de inversi\u00f3n. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se plantea el posible uso de fondos y estructuras especializadas orientadas a atraer capital institucional, reducir costos financieros y elevar est\u00e1ndares de transparencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Gobernanza y priorizaci\u00f3n. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se propone la creaci\u00f3n de un Consejo de Planeaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica de la Inversi\u00f3n, con funciones de priorizaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de proyectos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Participaci\u00f3n privada. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se prev\u00e9n futuros esquemas de reparto de riesgos y beneficios, manteniendo al Estado como rector de los proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos, incluyendo la posibilidad de participaci\u00f3n estatal mayoritaria y el uso de propuestas no solicitadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ejecuci\u00f3n y financiamiento. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se menciona la intenci\u00f3n de uso combinado de banca de desarrollo, garant\u00edas, contratos mixtos, mercado burs\u00e1til, banca comercial y veh\u00edculos como FIBRAs y FIBRA (S<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ecretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201c<\/span><b>SHCP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d) presented an initial outline of the Infrastructure Investment Plan for Development with Wellbeing 2026\u20132030 (the \u201c<\/span><b>Plan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d), through a public presentation setting out the general guidelines and objectives of the Federal Government\u2019s infrastructure strategy for the current administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the presentation, the Plan contemplates cumulative investment of up to the Mexican peso equivalent of approximately USD 322 billion, to be carried out through public and mixed investment structures and seeks to define sectoral priorities as well as guide private capital participation in strategic projects. As of this date, no legislative initiatives, additional regulations, or specific guidelines for the implementation of the Plan have been published.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Priority sectors style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Plan proposes the creation of a Strategic Investment Planning Council, with functions related to project prioritization and
