{"id":5139,"date":"2022-05-12T14:41:44","date_gmt":"2022-05-12T20:41:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nhg.mx\/?p=5139"},"modified":"2022-05-13T13:41:14","modified_gmt":"2022-05-13T19:41:14","slug":"nhg-appoints-three-of-counsels","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nhg.mx\/en_gb\/nhg-appoints-three-of-counsels\/","title":{"rendered":"NHG appoints three Of Counsels"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nader, Hayaux &amp; Goebel is pleased to announce that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhg.mx\/en_gb\/team_member\/federico-vergara-m\/\">Federico Vergara<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhg.mx\/en_gb\/team_member\/jose-manuel-zavala-barrenechea\/\">Jos\u00e9 Manuel Zavala<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhg.mx\/en_gb\/team_member\/gabriel-gonzalez\/\">Gabriel Gonz\u00e1lez<\/a> have become Of Counsels of the Firm.<\/p>\n<p>Federico Vergara is an accomplished lawyer, who has worked as an associate at NHG for several years and has strong experience advising clients on structured finance, banking and finance, private equity and project finance transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Zavala is a prominent lawyer who has also worked at the Firm for a number of years, advising public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate governance matters.<\/p>\n<p>Gabriel Gonz\u00e1lez, who joins the Firm to strengthen our antitrust practice, specialises in a variety of disciplines, including cartel behaviour and abuse of dominance investigations, leniency applications, opinions for cross-ownership and public bids, as well as trial-like procedures and constitutional actions. He has also developed risk prevention programs for several companies.
