The INCAM Gender Seminar Series took place from November 23 to 26, 2020. Several prominent speakers participated in the three-day seminar, including our Associate Jenny Ferrón Coronado, who spoke at the forum “Sexism, Masculinities and the Law” about the importance of promoting gender equality and the role of corporate governance in implementing diversity policies in the practice of Law. Jenny highlighted the need to increase gender equality in the Law profession and the impact of gender roles in the creation of flexible work policies, maternity and paternity leave and in mentoring and coaching opportunities for women and men.
