NHG advised Total Play Telecomunicaciones on its successfully placement of USD$600 million in the international markets.
The Notes — which were rated B2 by Moody’s and BB- by Fitch — will be used to expand Total Play’s services geographical cover across Mexico as well as to refinance liabilities, improving Total Play’s debt profile.
