{"id":4448,"date":"2020-11-30T18:23:59","date_gmt":"2020-12-01T00:23:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nhg.mx\/?p=4448"},"modified":"2021-02-25T19:56:13","modified_gmt":"2021-02-26T01:56:13","slug":"4448-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nhg.mx\/es\/4448-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Secretar\u00eda de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica \u2013 Protocolo de Protecci\u00f3n para Personas Alertadoras de la Corrupci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Secretar\u00eda de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica \u2013 Protocolo de Protecci\u00f3n para Personas Alertadoras de la Corrupci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El 19 de octubre de 2020, la Secretar\u00eda de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (\u201c<strong><u>SFP<\/u><\/strong>\u201d) public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el \u201cProtocolo de Protecci\u00f3n para Personas Alertadoras de la Corrupci\u00f3n\u201d (el \u201c<strong><u>Protocolo<\/u><\/strong>\u201d) que regula el proceso para reportar hechos graves de corrupci\u00f3n cometidos por las dependencias y entidades de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Federal.<\/p>\n<p>El Protocolo regula el procedimiento y las medidas de protecci\u00f3n para garantizar la defensa, protecci\u00f3n e integridad de los denunciantes, fomentando su participaci\u00f3n activa, ya que se consider\u00f3 que su aportaci\u00f3n es fundamental en la lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n. La denuncia deber\u00e1 ser realizada a trav\u00e9s del sitio web <a href=\"https:\/\/alertadores.funcionpublica.gob.mx\/\">Ciudadanos Alertadores Internos y Externos de la Corrupci\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El procedimiento para reportar consiste en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recepci\u00f3n de alerta.<\/li>\n<li>Identificaci\u00f3n de situaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgo (alto, medio, alto y muy alto).<\/li>\n<li>Propuesta de medidas de protecci\u00f3n (preventivas, laborales, individuales, psicosociales, seguridad y colectivas).<\/li>\n<li>Seguimiento y reevaluaci\u00f3n de medidas de protecci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>El Protocolo entr\u00f3 en vigor el 20 de octubre de 2020.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ministry of Public Service \u2013 <\/strong><strong>Whistleblower Protection Protocol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On October 19, 2020, the Ministry of Public Service (\u201c<strong><u>SFP<\/u><\/strong>\u201d) published in the Federal Official Gazette the &#8220;Whistleblower Protection Protocol&#8221; (the &#8220;<strong><u>Protocol<\/u><\/strong>&#8220;), which regulates the process for whistleblower reporting for serious acts of bribery committed by the Federal Public Administration agencies and entities.<\/p>\n<p>The Protocol regulates the procedure and protective measures in order to guarantee the defense, protection and integrity of whistleblowers, encouraging their active participation, as their contribution was considered essential in the fight against corruption.
