Enrique has more than 7 years of experience advising foreign and national clients in the corporate, dispute resolution and financial practices, with specialization in insurance and reinsurance, banking, M&A, regulatory and compliance. On regulatory matters, Enrique has focused his practice in financial and anti-corruption regulation.
Enrique received his law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO), a postgraduate degree in obligations and contracts from the Universidad Panamericana and his LLM from Boston University with a concentration in international business practice (2014).
