Particularly, our team regularly advises clients in connection with the tax implications arising in Mexico in regard to their day-to-day operations, mergers and acquisitions, transactions in capital markets, structuring of investment funds, and cross-border transactions.
The members of our Tax Practice have advised clients on the issuance and placement of securities in the local markets. Specifically, they have actively participated in advising clients for the placement of Development Capital Certificates (commonly known as CKDs), Energy and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (commonly known as Fibra E trusts), as well as Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
