Luis Gerardo has been involved and has actively participated in several processes of acquisition and sale of shares of corporations (SPAs), in processes regarding the incorporation of corporations, in the preparation and negotiation of credit agreements with emphasis on Project Finance, in several projects regarding the merger of corporations the management of trusts in Mexico, both with domestic and foreign companies.
Luis Gerardo has also actively participated in the preparation and negotiation of lease agreements for industrial buildings and warehouses within Mexico.
Luis Gerardo graduated with a law degree from Universidad Panamericana in 2024 and also has a specialization in commercial law from Universidad Panamericana.
