Ulyses focuses his practice in securities and capital markets, banking and finance, project finance, M&A as well as general corporate matters.
As an associate at Nader, Hayaux & Goebel, Ulyses is regularly involved in local and cross-border transactions, including equity and debt offerings, securitizations, structured financings, bilateral and syndicated loans, financing of real estate projects, stock and asset purchases and sales as well as other corporate and securities matters.
He received his postgraduate degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law, with honors, from Universidad Panamericana in 2015, having graduated as an attorney from such university in 2014.
Previous to joining our firm, Ulyses worked at White & Case in the Mexico City office.
