NHG advised Elektra in the first and second issuance and public offering of long-term debt certificates (certificados bursátiles de largo plazo) issued as Sustainility Linked Bonds (“SLB”) with ticker symbol “ELEKTRA 23L” and “ELEKTRA 23-2L”, respectively, for a total amount of aprox. USD$143,500,000 under its 2023 debt programme.
