NHG advised Figeac Aéro, a publicly traded company and leading partner for major aerospace manufacturers, in (i) the sale to Latécoère Group of its assets and the facility of the manufacturing, machining and sheet metal fabrication, and surface treatment processing with respect of 787-Door products for aircrafts maquiladora factory in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, and (ii) the purchase of the assets of Kaman Aerospace Group in Chihuahua, Mexico, to strengthen its production process in Mexico; both of which transactions were executed simultaneously.
