Total Play’s MXN 5,000 million securitization program
Advising Total Play on the creation of a MXN 5,000 million securitization program, and the first issuance of MXN 2,500 million on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BIVA).
The transaction represents Total Play´s first public offering and required registration with the Mexican Securities Commission and a complex structure involving a master trust and a securitization trust. The structure will allow Total Play to securitize future cash flow derived from its regulated business.
This is the first securitization of its type in the telecommunications industry.
