Jenny specializes in securities & capital markets, real estate, banking and finance and M&A. As an associate at Nader, Hayaux & Goebel Jenny has been involved in high-level transactions, including advising FibraHotel with the establishment of the first equity shelf program for a Fibra in Mexico.
The 5 year program was established for an amount of MXN$10,000 million, of which MXN$4,599 million was issued under the first issuance of the equity program, and advising Artha Capital on the successful launch of its fifth public fund (known as “CKD”) for an aggregate amount of MXN$12,000 million in Mexico.
She received her LL.M. in Corporate, Banking and Finance Law from Fordham Law School (summa cum laude), having graduated as an attorney from the Universidad Panamericana (magna cum laude). Jenny is also a professor of Negotiable Instruments and Credit Transactions at the Universidad Iberoamericana. Previous to joining our firm, Jenny worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs New York.
