Danielle Cámara is an associate at Nader Hayaux Goebel and a member of the Tax practice.

Her practice focuses on tax advisory and litigation, federal taxation and international taxation, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financings, capital markets and investment funds.

Danielle has experience in the design and implementation of tax strategies, compliance with international regulations, including FATCA and CRS, and the preparation of reports and technical documentation in coordination with multidisciplinary teams. She has also participated in the formation and structuring of investment funds.

Before joining Nader Hayaux Goebel, Danielle worked for two and a half years at a tax firm, where she gained experience in tax advisory and compliance. She also pursued language studies in Montreal, including an English course at McGill University, further strengthening her international background and language skills.

Danielle earned her law degree from Universidad Anáhuac México in 2023.
