Aviation
Our Aviation Practice Group handles a wide range of matters in the aviation sector, including financing, leasing, regulatory matters, insurance, corporate/M&A, insolvency and workouts. NHG is one of the few firms in Mexico with extensive experience in this sector, and our group is renowned for its creative approach to structuring financing transactions, as well as for its niche expertise in insurance in the aviation sector.
NHG’s aviation practice group has consolidated its market-leading position representing aircraft financiers over the past years, has achieved an important penetration in the industry and has an excellent relationship with the Mexican aviation authority and other important players in the market.
