Alain is a member of the insurance and reinsurance team at Nader Hayaux Goebel. He has more than three years of experience, focusing primarily on transactional, corporate, and insurance and reinsurance law.

Within the insurance sector, Alain’s experience includes participating in the incorporation and acquisition of insurance companies, as well as in proceedings to obtain authorizations related to foreign investment in insurance institutions. His practice also encompasses reinsurance matters, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the development and registration of insurance products.

He has collaborated on several high-profile projects, notably advising Seguros Afirme on its sale to HDI. In this transaction, he participated in reviewing and drafting transactional and corporate documentation, analyzing and coordinating regulatory aspects, and obtaining the necessary authorizations for the implementation and closing of the operation.

Additionally, he has participated in other M&A transactions, including the review and preparation of their respective documentation Alain completed his studies in Mexico and Spain (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), receiving multiple accolades for his academic performance. He graduated with a Law Degree from Universidad Anahuac México, Campus Norte,  with special honors and receiving the CENEVAL Award for Academic Excellence.
