His practice has primarily focused on advising various clients on complex and sophisticated corporate matters, as well as all types of commercial transactions.
He has been involved in advising domestic and international clients in the negotiation of all kinds of contracts, supporting them throughout the structuring, financing, and post-financing stages.
Manuel obtained his Law degree from Universidad Panamericana. He later completed a diploma in Cybersecurity, Technology, and Law, jointly offered by Universidad Panamericana and the New York University School of Law.

- Representation of BBVA México on a syndicated credit facility under Mexican law in the amount of MXN 2.2 billion, granted by a syndicate of banks led by BBVA México, acting as lender and administrative, collateral, and sustainability agent, in favor of Valores Patrimoniales DM.
